Worship Pastors:   Robert and Kelley Augi are both accomplished musicians, and the current worship pastors for Dominion Outreach Centre. Their desire is to lead people into an intimate relationship with their Heavenly Father through passionate worship, times of soaking in God's presence and teaching from the word. As international ministers they travel around the world leading worship, teaching, and preaching at churches, conferences and leadership training schools.

Ministry Team Leader: Rachel Steele leads the ministry team at New Renaissance who minister to the people every Tuesday night.  She is passionate about seeing sons and daughters rise into their potential and destiny, believing that as people hear God’s voice, it can completely change how they see their identity. Rachel has seen this happen through the teams of people she has led in prophetic booths and on the street. She believes that the most effective form of ministering to others is by bringing the reality of the Gospel through demonstrations of power. Her heart is that the Young Adults in our nation would be completely transformed as they experience the supernatural reality of God and are brought into a greater revelation of His love for them.  Rachel also travels with Shawn and Michelle as a part of Kingdom Culture Ministries. Intercession: Sandy Alfred, along with his wife Melissa, leads the prophetic intercessory team at New Renaissance under the guidance of Shawn & Michelle.  The burning passion of Sandy’s heart is to help prepare and equip a new breed of believers who understand the times and the seasons and who carry God’s heart. It’s his belief that through intimacy, “abiding in the secret place”, and total obedience, we will see the Glory of God cover the earth (Habakkuk 2:14). After moving from Ottawa to Toronto in 2002, Sandy was radically transformed through a supernatural encounter with God after being exposed to the atmosphere of heaven with 24-hour worship & prayer 7 days a week for more than a year. Just like young Samuel in the temple, Sandy grew both in favour with God and men, and his life has never been the same since. Sandy and Melissa have been part of strategic intercessory prayer mandates for over 3 years and have been actively involved with prayer walks, 24-hour prayer initiatives, and leading prayer meetings. Sandy was ordained in 2005 under Pastor Orim Meikle (Rhema Christian Ministry) located in Toronto, ON. He relocated with his family to the great city of Ottawa where they now work with New Renaissance.
Melissa Alfred did not group grow up in the church and spent her teenage years exploring the dark side of life.  Jesus made Himself known in a very dramatic way in the darkest time of her life and she was totally transformed. Through the leading of Holy Ghost in 2002, she became an intercessor at Rhema Christian Ministries where she served for 4 years. Today she resides in Ottawa and serves alongside her husband, Sandy Alfred, as the intercessory leaders for New Renaissance.  Melissa possesses a passion and burden to see the captives set free and the blind recover their sight. She has a genuineness about her that is rare and refreshing. Melissa is clearly marked and chosen for this end time movement.

 Nature of God (fitness ministry): Sasha Kuehl grew up in a small town, Palmer Rapids, ON, and moved to Ottawa in 2005 to complete her degree in International Business at Ottawa University. She had an encounter with Jesus Christ in 2009, and has been radically transformed ever since. She has a heart to see the younger gernation rise up to fulfill God's destiny and calling over their life. Sasha has two passions; Jesus Christ, and fitness. She currently leads a fitness and health ministry, Nature of God, which has a vision to see god's people live a healthy lifestyle that will be a reflection of His divine nature. Flaming Pens: Amy John grew up in a family environment that embraced culture and the performing arts, but not church or Jesus. While attending university in Montreal, Amy met Jesus and entered into a personal relationship with Him. As her relationship with Jesus deepened, so did her desire to see the Kingdom of heaven revealed on earth and the power of the Holy Spirit demonstrated in tangible ways. Amy has a passion for the craft of writing and believes that the divine creative nature of God can be extended through the art of writing. She also sees the very act of writing as a form of worship. Amy believes it is possible to release restoration, healing and edification through writing. Amy is married to Francis and they have three amazing kids.
Francis John was born in St. Vincent in the West Indies and moved to Montreal as a young boy with his family. He grew up attending church and youth group regularly. He accepted Christ into his heart and life at an early age. Francis moved to a new level with Christ when he went away on a U.S. basketball scholarship. In the U.S., his faith was challenged with campus life and his involvement with Campus Crusade for Christ. Francis continues to hunger and pursue God, as God reveals Himself in him. Francis and his beautiful wife Amy have three children.

NR Women: Roxanne Grace had a radical encounter with God in 2001 that changed her life and has been on fire ever since. She carries a strong message of purity and passion for the younger generations. She herself has been delivered from addictions, abuse and saved from the adult entertainment industry through the power of the Blood of Jesus Christ.                                                                         
Roxanne has given leadership to youth, young adults and young women for about eight years. She has pastored and ministered through media and led prophetic ministries and outreaches. She has walked with some incredible ministries including Extreme Prophetic for over three years. Roxanne's heart is to see this generation reclaimed for Jesus, to come into our identity as sons and daughters of the King and to stop living way below our God given status quo.

Roxanne is now serving with New Renaissance and Kingdom Culture Ministries. She gives leadership to New Renaissance Women alongside Michelle Gabie. Roxanne has been married for eight years and has three beautiful children. (nrw@newrenaissance.ca)

Guest Services: Jeremie Sowerby oversees the "set-up", "guest services" and "hospitality" teams at New Renaissance.  These teams prepare, greet and serve the people who attend every Tuesday night. It's about having the heart of a servant, and getting the job done with excellence! Jeremie is currently developing new ways we can heighten the "NR experience". Creating an atmosphere where people feel loved and honored is so important.

Artisons:Joshevec Vado leads the Art team at New Renaissance. She currently is in Interior Decorating at Algonquin College. Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario,  Joshevec was brought up in a Christian home. However, she had only experienced religion and did not know God in a relationship. Through the heartache of her parents’ divorce, she was drawn closer to God and experienced the love of her heavenly Father in a tangible way. 

She had a radical, life changing experience with the Lord at Dominion Outreach Centre at age 19 at a young adults night where she not only observed young people who were on fire for God, but dedicated her life to the Lord from that day forward. 

She sees the creation of art as an act of worship, and believes that we all have access to the creativity of heaven through the Holy Spirit that is within us.
